oh here's the deal...i've finally decided to join back RCIY as a Sponsor/Befriender.... i'm still not sure whether to b sponsor or befriender...tho my mind's made up.....i'll join the RCIY ministry...also in RCIY we'll also be setting up a Music Ministry (MM)...and i feel like joining....as it'll also be in RCIY so it's ok....as sponsor requires a lot of commitment so i'm nt sure whether i wanna join RCIY juz as a sponsor...or be part of MM and be Befriender in RCIY....or i can both be a sponsor in RCIY adn member for MM...but that comes with a lot of commitment and responsibility...need to know how to priotise my time........so this i'm still thinking and i need to seek ans from teh Lord....wad does He want me to do..how HE wants me to Serve....hmmm....glad that i'm taking a step to open up...tho it's a long way..but i'm trying..YEAH!!!

yeah...first Sponsor and MM Training will be this coming Sunday...frm 1.30pm - 5.30pm...for a break down....Sponsor training will be from 1.30-3.30pm and from 4-5.30pm will be the MM training...wah! heavy duty..but it's juz a trail for this week....

i dun like my supervisor..but i'm told that i hv to love my neighbours like my own...it's difficult..but everyday i'm telling myself that i hv too....wad am i supposed to do??? i really dunno y..but maybe coz of his lack of udstding..that's y i'm really put off by him..tho sometimes he's not bad lah.....

also in my group..Lois is the leader but i dun think the leader is doing a good job...she's juz too meek and she doesnt know how to voice out her opinion and communicate with her team members...the ideas that are follwing from the whole team isnt good enough...Lois is trying to think positive in such a situation but she's being overpowered..until..now she is suffering in silence.....it hurts..it hurts...it hurts...y was Lois posted to Bpos....??? she always tot she was flexible and cld make frens easily..but as she grows older she finds that it gets harder and harder and harder....

so on sun....yeah confirmation!!!!!!!!!!! haha FInally aft 6 mths....confirmed already....but was sad.....went to church dressed in white...hahaha like gg for wedding like that...yup yup anyway reached school at 3pm for the Spiritual prep...haha to my surprise the facils act invited Zion's Joy to play for u...wow...the Praise and Worship was not as high at the last time during LISS...maybe it's coz it's going to be the end of our journey with frens but also the beginning of our walk with God individually.

at 4.30pm all the confirmatant headed to the main church to gather for our final rehearsal...godparents were also present..hahah will post up the pics....Archbishop Nicholas Chia came to anoint us with Chrism...yupyup aft the whole mass...we gathered to take pics..hahaha wah man i feel surrounded with frens and family...hahaha.. yupyup took pic with mom, godma, druce, aaron, cass and many more..ahha but one think i really find wasted is..i din get to take a photo with GLENN!! oh man...sob sob sob..hahhaaiii it's ok than....

anyway...aft mass and aft the photo taking...we headed to Bishan Swensens.....wAHha ayeah man...had a wonderful time at that place.......from there freddie, ilona, druce, aaron, kevin and i took taxis down to Happy Daze....ashley, dennis, kenny, bernard, cass were already at Happy Daze when we arrived.

haha druce, cass and i were watching the ELP match with Man U verse Arsenal..whaha YEAH man...Man U scored 2 goalS!!!! wAHhaha yeah!!!!!!!

wow hv so many things to write abt..haha...starting frm fri right up til now...
on fri was supposed to go jogging with ber...but landed up not gg..wahhahaha...instead we slacked and had a mini dinner over at mac...lol hahaha yup it was fun...

than on sat...met up with cass, jasmine, michelle and daphne at novena...went for confession...man i felt so great...hahahaha yupyup we had to sit thru novena as daphne was late....so with the accumulated lateness..all of us arrived at sentosa extremly late...b4 that we went to harbour front to hv lunch than we bought a cake for daryl (big) and aaron...
we played vball and than captain's ball..wAHhaha fun...long time nv play this kinda games already man....haha aft that the gals rested while the guys switched to soccer...WAhhahaa went to get wet in the water with both daphnes, freddie, dennis and bernard..wAHhahah it was so fun...they played water wrestling..WAHhah while den and i were enjoying ourselves watching them...

aft we had enough fun in the water...we decided to meet up with the rest that werent in the water...and headed to get some ice-cream to eat..WAhaha really Praise the Lord that it did not rain... following that we went to bath, well one thing abt the showers there is it is horrible...the water was literally dripping from the shower head..well not THAT bad but BAD enough..wAHhaha yupypu..than we headed to Burger King for dinner...there saw rox's fren...haha...yupyu...

aft dinner, we all headed to watch the musical fountain...haha on the way...aaron, druce, ilona and i took a lot of crazy pic..WAHhahaha damn funny.....okay....we called it a fun filled day....headed home aft the musical fountain performance....

oh Man...MAIA is out!! oh no...i really liked HEr man...loved her style and attitude...oh man... i LOVE Slyvester tooo..wahhaha so cute and charming...hmm

act now when the conpetition is pregressing along the way i find that i hv soft spots for all the contestants except for 2 of them....it's not that they are bad..it's juz that i dun hv the feeling...haha yupyup....

ya back to ytd....i took flexi....so sHOik!!! lol...met up w roanna, jm adn jan..at the yck mrt stat...we were supposed to go to yck swimming complex but than we changed our minds..so headed to sch's swimming pool...wah had to borrow card for jan and roanna...haaha luckily managed to borrow...phew...thanks BEr adn Dionna....well changed and went into the pool...wah the whole pool was shared between the 4 of us and another 5 guys..wAHha yupyup both groups occupied half the pool...lol...well in the pool we talked abt a few stuffs....haha mainly guys and also abt our lives now...also talked abt our other frens and how they hv changed and such..hahah...roanna and i were at the receiving end of all the guys talk..wAHhahah jm and jan kept asking y dun hv bf...well it's simple..i'm contented with my life now....no worried and no need to report to anyone ...and ALso so far....no one seems to appeal to me..but if i do see someone that i hv feelings for than maybe...but that i'm not sure..hee hee i hv frens ard me..that are GREAT!!!

y aft that..went to bathe yup and it was then that sth happened to me....hai...aft i bathed finish, i opened the door and bent down to pick up some thing...than i stood up and it was than that u hit my head on the metal handle..it felt as if the blood had rushed frm the left side of my head to the right...man that HURT....the other gals all dinknow wad happened..ahhaha jan asked wad happeded to me..and roanna who was the closest replied that she din even know..wAHhha well it all happened too fast lah....ya i was fully occupied with "sayanging" my head and when i took my fingers off..man there was blood...well haha that really caught their attention..hahah told me to wash my hair again....ya so i cld see my blood flowing down my hair and than to the floor...cld feel a minor headache coming along...but thank goodness i din hv the headache..if not the whole outing wld hv been spoilt all coz of this minor incident....at first tot the cut was either very long of big...but today went to see in the mirror and well i'm glad to say that nah it's not very long and big...

yup aft swim..went to eat at Mac..than headed to amk central..hahaha...went went to play pool..yiPee ahhah it was really fun...jan and i partnered....most of the time i kept on shooting in the white ball..but i can say that since the last time we met up to play pool..we hv all really improved...played pool to ard 6.45pm than we headed to California Fitness Orchard....coz i won some lucky draw or sth like that.....wasted 2 hrs there and din join as members...man i feel so bad...the fitness consultant that took us on a tour was very helpful and great...but in the end we nv join...well...one day like that passed so far..and we din do much...hai wasted leh...but really great than the 4 relay gals managed to meet up and catch up on stuff...really miss them so...

oh!! today did sth INTERESTING things...wAHhaha the day started slowly act...we cld not do anything in the morn as we din hv the materials...so thankfully...ina went out during lunch to get the materials...

welll.....as i was bored...so decided to send lola a UNIQUE SMS...Whahahah...sth DIfferent...yup yup....than met up w lola and ken and we headed down to the road show along the mac....willie was in charge of the perfume boooth...hhaha

anyway...i bought a thumbdrive...;s...yupyup...

OH!!! happy News..wHha i'm so excited...i've got my approval for my flexi leave TML...yIPEE!!! haa can go out with jan, roanna and jm..WAHhaa gals dAY out MAn...gonna do a whole lot of fun stuff.Wahahah we'LL rOx ouR worLd...hee hee...

aft lola's lunch went back to the rm...slack there for a while b4 called lola to walk walk..and catch up on things as hv not seen each other for a long time...yupyup...we headed to the track and the hockey and basketball court...b4 settling down on the bench at teh track.....

hey i received this article some time back....

on the ill effects of Panadol and other pain killers:

Someone was working in a hospital as an IT engineer, as the hospital is
planning to set up a database of its patient. And he knows some of the
doctor quite well.

The doctors used to tell him that whenever they have a headache, they are
not willing to take PANADOL (PARACETMOL). In fact, they will turn to
Chinese Herbal Medicine or find other alternatives. This is because Panadol is
toxic to the body, and it harms the liver.

According to the doctor, Panadol will reside in the body for at least 5
years. And according to the doctor, there used to be an incident where an
air stewardess consumes a lot of panadol during her menstrual as she needs
to stand all the time. She's now in her early 30's, and she needs to wash
her kidney (DIALYSIS) every month.

As said by the doctor that whenever we have a headache, that's because it
is due to the electron/Ion imbalance in the brain. As an alternative
solution to cope with this matter, they suggested that we buy 1 or 2 cans
of isotonic drink (eg.100PLUS), and mix it with drinking water according to a
ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 (simply, it means one cup 100 plus, one cup water or
2 cups water). Me and my husband have tried this on several occasions, and
it seems to work well. Another method will be to submerge your feet in a
basin of warm water so that it bring the blood pressure down from your throbbing
head. As Panadol is a pain killer, the more Panadol you take, the lesser
would be your threshold for pain (your endurance level for pain).

We all will fall ill as we aged, for woman, we would need to go through
childbirth. Imagine that we had spent our entire life popping quite a
substantial amount of Panadol (pain killer) when you need to have a
surgery or operation, you will need a much more amount of general anesthetic to
numb your surgical pain than the average person who seldom or rarely takes
Panadol. If you have a very high intake of Panadol throughout your life
(migraine, menstrual cramps) it is very likely that normal general
anesthetic will have no effects on you as your body is pumped full with
panadol and your body is so used to pain killer that you would need a much
stronger pain killer, Morphine????

The thought is scary enough to turn me to Chinese Herbal Medicine or other
healthier alternative.

Value your health, value your life, THINK before you easily pop that
familiar pill into your mouth again.
